Bringing Garça coffee to New York and beyond. 

The elevation, rainfall, sunshine, and ground of this coffee region is present in each cup. Café Mel partners solely with an award-winning farm to showcase original flavor profiles. These tastes come from arabica genetic varieties present only in that location.

Green coffee is shipped directly from our partner farm to New York. No blending occurs with coffee from other farms or locations. Roasting occurs in Queens, New York after arrival. Profiles are kept lighter in order to preserve the original flavor of the beans.

Café Mel features a sharp and tart sweetness which is unusual in Brazilian grown coffee. This is attributed to the Arara coffee variety present in the product. Other notes such as nuttiness, chocolate, and vanilla feature as well.
